$199 per hour
2-hour minimum
Payment is required upfront; payment confirms your reservation

What’s Included

Exclusive, private access to the entire Golf Studio during your rental
Full use of all golf simulator bays
Party room with seating for 20 people
Dedicated event time without public access or interruptions

Food, Drinks, and Decorations

Outside food and drinks are permitted
Decorations are allowed as long as they do not damage walls, ceilings, or fixtures
(push pins are permitted; tape, nails, and adhesives are not)

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance
Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of payment

Party Room Rental

Our Party Room is ideal for birthday parties, family gatherings, and small group celebrations. Please review the details below to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Eligibility

The Party Room may be rented only:
- In conjunction with mini golf, golf simulators, racing simulators, or pool table use
If rented without a full facility rental, the rest of the building will remain open to the public

Pricing

$50 per hour for the Party Room
Plus applicable activity fees:
- Golf Simulator: $20 per person, per hour
- Mini Golf: $12 per person for 2 rounds (children ages 3 and under are free)
  Additional rounds: $6 per person
- Pool Table: $15 per hour
- Race Simulator: $50/hour
2-hour minimum applies to Party Room rentals

Capacity

Maximum occupancy: 20 guests
Seating is provided for all guests

Decorations

Decorations are allowed but not provided
Only low-tack painter’s tape may be used
Push pins, nails, staples, or adhesives that may damage walls are not permitted
Any damage may result in a repair fee

Cleaning & Damage Policy

A cleaning or repair fee may be charged if the Party Room is left excessively dirty or if damage occurs during the rental
